The CTAGA Annual Awards Banquet will be held at The Wichita Marriott located at Webb and Kellogg, on
Sunday February 20, 2022. Doors will open at 5:30 with dinner at 6:45. Members must check in at the desk when they first arrive.

 

The dinner will be a plated dinner with 3 options to choose from.  You may choose a beef dish, a chicken dish, or a vegetarian dish. There will also be a cash bar.

 

Completion of the registration form below is required to register, Members are free but all guest will be charged a $35 payment is required per guest and is due at the time of registration.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations up to January 31, 2022 are without charge: however, cancellations after January 31, 2022 or uncanceled no-shows shall be charged $35.00 for each meal requested. This charge will be added on to their 2022/2023 club dues.

NO EXCEPTIONS except for bona fide emergencies.
